Testversion

There exists a testversion again:

glide3x.dll:
- the wrapper turns off automatically the desktop-composition at programstart, if desired.
- fixed a bug concerning loading of the wrapper-settings.
- for D2-version 1.13: workaround for problems occuring with -w

glide-init.exe:
- included option to deactivate Aero-glass(desktop composition)
